Whoniversal Appeal:
An Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Conference on
Doctor Who, and its Spin-Offs
14-15 November, 2008

WHAT'S NEW

16 May

Please remember that our Call for Papers ends on 31 May; if you are having trouble with the Tritogeneia@aol.com email account, or have sent an abstract and have not gotten a reply, please resend to beattiema@Cardiff.ac.uk.

Our Whoniversal Appeal Orchestra's first concert will be 22 May. Details may be found here.

We are planning June lectures and sponsored walks in July and August. More information on that soon, but, if you'd like to help with any of these (especially the walks, as we may go outside of Cardiff for those) please feel free to contact us. Also, if you are interested in helping promote the conference at other conferences, sci-fi conventions, or elsewhere, again, please feel free to contact us.

3 March:

Our Call For Papers page is now live.

We are delighted to announce that, work commitments permitting, Hugo-nominated writer Paul Cornell will be joining us at the conference!  Paul's extensive television work includes Doctor Who episodes 'Father's Day,' 'Human Nature' and 'Family of Blood, ' as well as several Big Finish audios, several Doctor Who novels and The Discontinuity Guide.
